Crystal Nwokorie Founder and Managing Director

Crystal Nwokorie is the Founder of Constantia Ventures, focusing on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses in healthcare and health & wellness.

She is a seasoned strategy and corporate investment professional with over 15 years of experience in developing, executing, and investing behind ambitious growth strategies in both large corporations and startups. In addition to leading Constantia Ventures she provides strategy, operations, and transaction advisory consulting for startups and SMEs. Crystal has lived and worked globally, leading teams in the U.S., South Africa, and Nigeria. Prior to founding Constantia Ventures, she was a Director at PepsiCo, where she led their net revenue management strategy for a $5 billion U.S. eCommerce business, managed post-merger integration for a $2 billion acquisition of an international food company, and oversaw various M&A transactions in emerging markets. She began her career in consulting at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, advising clients including HHS, CDC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs on their grant programs and human capital initiatives.

Crystal holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Sociology from the College of William and Mary. She is an active member of professional communities such as New Majority Capital and Chief. A Virginia native, Crystal currently resides in Northern Virginia.

Dr. Cynthia Austin

Dr. Cynthia Austin, MD, MPH Medical Director

Dr. Austin is an OB/GYN with over 30 years of experience providing compassionate and skilled care to women of all ages. As Medical Director, Dr. Austin advises portfolio companies on patient care and healthcare operations, ensuring best practices in clinical quality, operational efficiency, payer and provider engagement.

Dr. Austin is the Founder of Healthy Women’s Care, which provides comprehensive gynecologic services, surgery, and preventative care. She enjoys the continuity of care with her patients and embraces the challenges of primary care. Her passion is in educating women about their health conditions, risks, and treatment options.

She received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency and postdoctoral training in obstetrics and gynecology at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Austin furthered her education with a Master's in Public Health, focusing on Public Health Management and Global Health, at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University.

She serves as community faculty with Eastern Virginia Medical School and is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Married with five adult children, Dr. Austin currently resides in Northern Virginia.
